Our client, TheWatchFace, is the UK’s #1 online watch magazine and a staple in the international watch community. Their goal is to make watches as a subject accessible to all, regardless of budget. Essentially, making watch hobby snob-free!
After experiencing a lot of growth, TheWatchFace needed new branding and a new website. This branding needed to reflect that it is both a serious publication, but also relaxed and open to all.
As horology is usually an intimidating hobby for most, and there are a lot of old, established watch magazines, we helped TheWatchFace take a different approach. This approach included giving the website a modern and casual feel, along with making it responsive and usable on all devices.
The client was very happy with the finished result. It helped them boost traffic (specifically return visitors), and increase conversion rates by three times to their email newsletter.
